Helping bring Strutt & Parker’s brand refresh to life

This project explored the redesign of Strutt & Parker's email marketing and property brochures, with the objective of creating a more cohesive and premium brand experience across both digital and print. The challenge was to modernise existing communications while maintaining the brand's established reputation, resulting in a refined design system that improved visual consistency, strengthened hierarchy and enhanced the overall user experience.

The brief

As an existing creative and property marketing partner to Strutt & Parker, Fourwalls proudly supports the business on a wide range of projects, from property marketing materials and creative campaigns to national photography commissions, including a recent UK-wide roadshow capturing their people and branch teams. When Strutt & Parker launched its brand refresh, we were thrilled to be commissioned to redesign their residential brochure and email template suite. The objective was to bring the refreshed identity to life across both print and digital channels, creating a more contemporary, consistent and engaging brand experience while staying true to the heritage and reputation that define Strutt & Parker.

The approach

Working closely with the Strutt & Parker marketing team, our creative, copywriting and CAD specialists collaborated to redesign the residential brochure suite from the ground up. Every detail was carefully considered, from layout structures, typography and imagery to content hierarchy, property presentation and usability. We developed a flexible range of brochure templates to accommodate different property types and paginations, while introducing a more contemporary portrait-led cover design that brought greater impact and consistency across the suite. Sustainability also played an important role, helping shape a solution designed for long-term use across the business. Alongside the brochure redesign, we reimagined Strutt & Parker’s email templates to align with the refreshed identity and support a wide range of marketing and communication needs. From property alerts and regional campaigns to audience-specific communications, the new templates were designed to create a more cohesive digital experience while giving teams the flexibility to communicate effectively with different audiences across the customer journey.

The outcome

Launching alongside Strutt & Parker’s brand refresh, the redesigned brochures and email templates helped bring the ambitions of the new identity to life across some of its most important customer touchpoints. The new brochure suite provides a consistent yet flexible framework capable of showcasing everything from town properties to rural estates, while maintaining the premium presentation and attention to detail synonymous with the brand. The move to portrait-led cover imagery, combined with a more considered and sustainable design approach, helped create a distinctive suite of marketing materials fit for the next chapter of the business. At the same time, the redesigned email templates deliver a more engaging and recognisable digital experience across a broad range of audiences and marketing propositions. Together, the two workstreams create a cohesive suite of assets that celebrates Strutt & Parker’s heritage, strengthens the customer experience and ensures the refreshed brand is brought to life consistently across both print and digital channels.
