Bringing this luxury seafront home to life through CGI

Pearce Avenue demonstrates how carefully crafted CGI can transform an architectural vision into a compelling marketing asset long before construction begins. Working closely with the client, we produced a series of photorealistic visuals that captured the quality of the design, surrounding environment and intended lifestyle, helping to communicate the development with clarity and confidence. By combining technical accuracy with considered lighting, materials and composition, the imagery provided an engaging representation of the scheme, supporting both stakeholder engagement and future marketing activity while bringing the project to life from the earliest stages.

The brief

To create a collection of CGI images that would help market an exceptional new waterfront home in Canford Cliffs, showcasing both its contemporary architecture and its unique location. The client owned a prime waterfront plot and planned to replace the existing property with two new homes – one for their own family and one to sell. Our role was to visualise the property being brought to market: a modern, contemporary home designed for people looking to swap the pace of city life for space, privacy and coastal living.

The approach

This was a project the client and architect had been developing for some time, so getting every detail right mattered. Working closely with the architect, we carefully considered everything from the interior styling and landscaping to the materials and finishes, ensuring the visuals remained true to the design vision and accurately represented what would be built. We took a phased approach, sharing each CGI as it was developed so feedback could be incorporated early and images could be signed off and put to work as quickly as possible. This collaborative process gave the client visibility throughout while helping us refine every detail along the way.

The outcome

A collection of photorealistic CGI images showcasing the home’s key exterior and interior spaces, alongside a CGI site plan illustrating the plot within its generous waterfront setting. The visuals give prospective buyers a clear sense of the architecture, lifestyle and location before construction has begun. Once the CGI collection was complete, we then used the human-created visuals as the foundation for a film project, using AI-assisted tools to add movement, atmosphere and a new layer of storytelling. The result combined carefully crafted CGI with new technology to bring the proposed home to life in a fresh and engaging way.
